3.1
ENVIRONMENTAL PERMITS AND COMMITMENTS

NOTE: The terms and conditions contained in any
environmental permits and environmental commitments
obtained by the Government must be made a part of
the contract. The design must be in accordance with
these permits and commitments. The title and
requirements of this paragraph may be changed to
include environmental reviews and approvals, if
pertinent. This paragraph shall be coordinated with
the SPECIAL ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS paragraph.
If the Government has not obtained any environmental
permits, commitments, approvals, etc., the first
paragraph should be deleted and the second paragraph
should be used.
