equipment in sufficient detail to demonstrate complete
specification compliance. If standard catalog data does not
contain sufficient detail to verify compliance, then the
contractor shall submit supplementary support documentation to
verify compliance. All data submitted shall be on the engine
manufacturer's letterhead and signed by a representative or
official of the manufacturer authorized to make technical
representations of his company's products.
