except a styrene acrylate or chlorinated rubber compound meeting ASTM C 309,
Class B, requirements may be used for surfaces that are to be painted or
are to receive subsequent coatings, or floors that are to receive adhesive
applications of resilient flooring. The curing compound selected shall be
compatible with any subsequent paint, roofing, coating, or flooring
specified.

Burlap
for curing purposes shall conform to COE CRD-C 318.

Water
Water for washing aggregates and for mixing and curing concrete shall be
free from injurious amounts of oil, acid, salt, alkali, organic matter, or
