Nameplates and Tags
a.
Nameplates and tags bearing device unique identifiers shall be
engraved or stamped. Permanently attach nameplates to HVAC
control panel doors and back plates.

For each field mounted piece of equipment attach a plastic or
metal tag with equipment name and point identifier.

Verification of Dimensions
The contractor shall verify all dimensions in the field, and shall advise
the Contracting Officer of any discrepancy before performing work.
