When it is required to transport critical material
over trackage where Contractor is working, or to
utilize portal cranes in work areas, Government will
notify Contractor at least 5 calendar days, or as
required, in advance so that he may schedule his
work accordingly. If necessary, work scheduling for
the entire project will be discussed during the
pre-construction conference and present a proposed
work schedule not later than 5 calendar days (or as
required) after the pre-construction conference.
