A proposed performance test procedure, 30 days prior to the
proposed test date. The submittal shall contain a complete
description of the proposed test with calibration curves or test
results furnished by an independent testing laboratory of each
instrument, meter, gauge, and thermometer to be used in the tests.
The test shall not commence until the procedure has been approved.
Boiler Emissions Report
Boiler emissions report of air pollutants showing compliance
with the limits established in the environmental permit.
Adjusting, Inspecting, and Cleaning
Test reports in booklet form showing field tests performed to
adjust each component and field tests performed to prove
compliance with the specified performance criteria, upon
completing and testing the installed system. Each test report
shall indicate the final position of controls. A written
statement from the manufacturer's representative certifying that
combustion control equipment has been properly installed and is in
proper operating condition, upon completion of the installation.
The action settings for automatic controls in the form of a typed,
tabulated list indicating the type of control, location, setting,
and function shall be included.
