Erection Engineer(s)

Payment
Payment will be made for costs associated with the services of erection
engineer(s) for the period of time that erecting engineers are in service
of Government within Continental United States, including time required by
them to travel. No payment will be made for days the erecting engineers
are absent from the jobsite, except for nonwork days, National Legal
Holidays, and authorized travel time. No additional or overtime payment
will be made to the Contractor when the erecting engineers are required to
work in excess of 8 hours per calendar day or 40 hours per week. If delays
