Nameplates
Each major item of equipment shall have the manufacturer's name, address,
type of style, model or serial number, and catalog number on a plate
secured to the item of equipment.
2.1.3
Protection of Moving Parts
Belts, chains, couplings, and other moving parts shall be completely
enclosed by guards to prevent accidental personal injury. Guards shall be
removable or arranged to allow access to the equipment for maintenance. If
equipment is housed in a lockable housing, this shall be sufficient
protection and no additional guards are necessary.
2.1.4
Special Tools
One set of special tools, calibration devices, and instruments required for
operation, calibration, and maintenance of the equipment shall be provided.
