1.3.11
Spare Parts
The Contractor shall submit spare parts data for each different item of
than [_____] months before the date of beneficial occupancy. The data
shall include a complete list of spare parts and supplies, with current
unit prices and source of supply, and a list of the parts recommended by
the manufacturer to be maintained in inventory for [_____] months of
facility operation.
1.3.12
Detailed Drawings
The Contractor shall submit detailed drawings consisting of schedules,
performance charts, brochures, diagrams, drawings (including illustrations
and equipment placement elevations), instructions, a complete list of
equipment and materials, and other information necessary for installation
of the steam-generating units and associated equipment, and for piping,
wiring devices, trenches, and related foundations. Drawings shall indicate
clearances required for maintenance and operation and shall contain
any other details required to demonstrate that the system has been
equipment shall be supported by descriptive material, such as catalog cuts,
detailing conformance with the specification requirements. Catalog numbers
alone will not be acceptable. Data shall include the name and address of
diagrams, the proposed plan, elevations, cross section arrangements, and
dimensions of the boiler systems. Drawings shall show proposed layout of
equipment and appurtenances, and their relationship to other parts of the
work to establish that the equipment will fit the allotted spaces with
clearance for installation and maintenance. If departures from the
contract drawings are deemed necessary by the Contractor, details of such
departures, including changes in related portions of the project and the
reasons therefor, shall be included with the drawings.
