DEFINITIONS
1.3.1
Installer
The installer of the exterior fire alarm system; either the Contractor or
subcontractor proposed by the Contractor to perform the work and with whom
the Contractor has a firm contractual agreement.

Equipment, materials, installation, workmanship, fabrication, assembly,
