Payment
Payment will be made for costs associated with Portland cement, which
includes the cost of required unloading, hauling, handling, and storage at
the site, of all portland cement used in the work.
1.2.3.2
Measurement
Portland cement will be measured for payment based upon the number of tons
of portland cement used unless specifically excepted, wasted, or used for
the convenience of the Contractor. The quantity to be paid for will be
determined by multiplying the approved batch weight in kg/cubic meter
pounds per cubic yard of portland cement in each type of concrete used by
the number of cubic meters yards of concrete types placed within the pay
lines of the structure, as determined in accordance with the concrete bid
items, and dividing by 1000 2,000.
