For submittals requiring Government approval on Army
projects, a code of up to three characters within
the submittal tags may be used following the "G"
designation to indicate the approving authority.
Codes for Army projects using the Resident
Management System (RMS) are: "AE" for
Architect-Engineer; "DO" for District Office
(Engineering Division or other organization in the
District Office); "AO" for Area Office; "RO" for
Resident Office; and "PO" for Project Office. Codes
following the "G" typically are not used for Navy
projects.
Submittal items not designated with a "G" are
considered as being for information only for Army
projects and for Contractor Quality Control approval
for Navy projects.

Lists of proposed equipment, including descriptive data, and
notifications of proposed Contractor actions as specified in this
section. List of removal equipment shall include descriptive data
indicating area of coverage per pass, pressure adjustment range,
tank and flow capacities, and safety precautions required for the
equipment operation.
Manufacturer's current printed product description and Material
Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for each type paint/color proposed for
use.
Qualifications
Documentation on personnel qualifications, as specified.
SD-06 Test Reports
Sampling and Testing
Certified copies of the test reports, prior to the use of the
materials at the jobsite. Testing shall be performed in an
approved independent laboratory.
