must also show any Government furnished equipment
(GFE). A standby bridge and hot standby protection
switch may be required for critical areas.

A two-way radio system for wireless data transmission from building to
building (point-to-point) for the utility, monitoring and control system
(UMCS) used to extend the Ethernet shall be provided. The two-way radio
