1.4.1
UPS shall have a minimum acceptable system Mean Time Between Failures
(MTBF) of [_____] hours. A failure is defined as any interruption to or
degradation of the UPS output. Automatic switching to bypass due to a
problem with the UPS system does not constitute a failure, provided that
the critical load is not disturbed.

UPS shall have a maximum acceptable system Mean Time To Repair (MTTR) of
[30] [_____] minutes. Repair time is defined as the clock time from the
arrival of the service technician to the time when the UPS is restored to
service either by repair or substitution of the failed component.
