Water
Water shall be clean, fresh, potable, and free from injurious amounts of
oils, acids, alkalis and organic matter injurious to the plaster and to any
metal in the system.
2.9.4
Lime
Lime shall conform to ASTM C 206, [Type N-Normal hydrated finishing lime]
[Type S-Special hydrated finishing lime] suitable for use in scratch brown
and finish coats of portland-cement plaster.
2.10
WALL OPENING FRAMES
Steel frames for wall openings for doors, pass-through openings, and access
panels shall be as specified in Section 08110 STEEL DOORS AND FRAMES or
Section 05500A MISCELLANEOUS METAL. Wood frames, wood bucks, and blocking
for wall openings for doors, pass-through openings, and access panels shall
be as specified in Section 06100A ROUGH CARPENTRY.
