Pressure Gauges (Panel)
[Three] [_____] 150 mm 6 inch dial size, phenol or brass, black enamel
finished case, gauges shall be furnished and installed to indicate main
steam, boiler feedwater, and deaerator makeup. Gauges shall be Bourdon
tube style with back connections and white dials with black lettering.
Steam gauges shall be equipped with siphons and all gauges shall have
shutoff valves at the panel. Panel entry shall be through bulk-head
connectors located in the upper part of the panel. Gauge accuracy shall be
at least 1/2 of 1 percent and normal readings shall be approximately 50 to
75 percent of full scale reading. The gauges shall be labeled:
