Balance of Plant (BOP) Variables

Status of equipment common to all boilers and any other plant
directly by the CMS controller via input-output interface modules.
Input-output modules shall be analog, discrete or communication
ports as required. Discrete inputs-outputs shall be isolated or
nonisolated as required by prevailing conditions. System

Condensate Transfer Pump status (one per pump).
