supervise erection, and startup and test the equipment.

with computations and performance guarantees covering the full range of
operation at full load, 75 percent load, 50 percent load and 30 percent
load. Assemble tubes, drums, and headers so that the entire boiler can be
drained dry. The furnace shall be water cooled on the side, top, front and
back walls.
