Finish

Mounting
[Threaded studs] [Steel U-bracket, cap screws, and expansion bolts] of
number and size as recommended by manufacturer, shall be used for concealed
anchorage. Letters which project from the building line shall have stud
spacer sleeves. Letters, studs, and sleeves shall be of the same material.
Templates for mounting shall be supplied.
2.6
ALUMINUM ALLOY PRODUCTS
Aluminum alloy products shall conform to ASTM B 209M ASTM B 209 for sheet
or plate, ASTM B 221M ASTM B 221 for extrusions and ASTM B 26/B 26M or ASTM
B 108 for castings. Aluminum extrusions shall be provided at least 3 mm
1/8 inch thick and aluminum plate or sheet at least 16 gauge thick.
Welding for aluminum products shall conform to AWS C1.1M/C1.1.

ANODIC COATING
