Inspect vehicles and containers for proper markings, manifest
documents, and other requirements for waste shipment.

Perform and document decontamination procedures prior to leaving
the worksite and again before leaving the disposal site.
3.8
DISPOSAL OF CONTAMINATED SOIL AND WATER
Contaminated materials removed from the site shall be disposed of in a
treatment/disposal facility permitted to accept such materials.

INSTALLATION SURVEY
Upon completion of well installation and development and acceptance by the
Contracting Officer therefor, the Contractor vertical [and horizontal]
position of each well shall be determined by a registered land surveyor
licensed in the State of [_____]. The survey shall document the vertical
elevations of the top of the casing pipe and the ground surface elevation
adjacent to each well. [The survey shall also determine the horizontal
location of each well based on the [_____] coordinate system.] Survey
shall be accurate to the nearest 3 mm .01 foot. This data shall be
submitted with a well location map as the Installation Survey Report.

CLEANUP
Upon completion of the well construction, remove debris and surplus
materials from the jobsite.
