the worksite and again before leaving the disposal site.
3.8
DISPOSAL OF CONTAMINATED SOIL AND WATER
Contaminated materials removed from the site shall be disposed of in a
treatment/disposal facility permitted to accept such materials.

INSTALLATION SURVEY
Upon completion of well installation and development and acceptance by the
Contracting Officer therefor, the Contractor vertical [and horizontal]
position of each well shall be determined by a registered land surveyor
licensed in the State of [_____]. The survey shall document the vertical
elevations of the top of the casing pipe and the ground surface elevation
adjacent to each well. [The survey shall also determine the horizontal
shall be accurate to the nearest 3 mm .01 foot. This data shall be
submitted with a well location map as the Installation Survey Report.

CLEANUP
Upon completion of the well construction, remove debris and surplus
materials from the jobsite.
