1.5.3
Spare Parts
The Contractor shall submit spare parts data for each different item of
[_____] months prior to the date of beneficial occupancy. The data shall
include a complete list of parts and supplies, with current unit prices and
source of supply, a recommended spare parts list for 1 year of operation,
and a list of the parts recommended by the manufacturer to be replaced on a
routine basis
1.5.4
Service Organizations
The Contractor shall submit a certified list of qualified permanent service
organizations, including their addresses and qualifications, for support of
the specified equipment . The service organizations shall be reasonably
convenient to the equipment installation and be able to render satisfactory
service to the equipment on a regular and emergency basis during the
warranty period of the contract.

OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE MANUALS
1.6.1
Operation Manual
[Six] [_____] complete copies of an operation manual in bound 216 x 279 mm
8-1/2 x 11 inch booklets listing step-by-step procedures required for
system startup, operation, and shutdown shall be provided. The booklets
shall include the manufacturer's name, model number, parts list, and a
brief description of all equipment and their basic operating features.

Maintenance Manual
